Wrapping Up 2025 at WOWME — A Year of Growth, Reflection, and Momentum

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been taking a moment to look back at what has truly been one of the most transformative years for WOWME. It wasn’t without its challenges, but the positives, the breakthroughs, and the steady forward movement far outweighed the setbacks.

This year brought a remarkable mix of projects — from early-stage research and conceptual explorations to full development pipelines. Several of these are now entering the final engineering and pre-manufacturing stages, and I’m incredibly excited to see them progressing toward production in 2026. Each one is a testament to the trust, collaboration, and ambition shared with our clients, partners, and manufacturing teams across Australia and Asia.

On a personal level, 2025 became a year of real reflection and recalibration. Stepping into my new role as a lecturer at Griffith University, while leading WOWME in parallel, opened a new chapter — one where practice and education continuously inform and elevate each other. Guiding emerging designers while building the next generation of products added depth, clarity, and renewed purpose to my professional journey.

It was also a year of strong collaborations. From long-standing partners to new ventures, WOWME continued to operate as a strategic, end-to-end design and development studio — shaping concepts, systems, materials, manufacturing pathways, and long-term product visions. Many seeds were planted this year, and several are already showing signs of becoming something significant in 2026.
