Welcoming Rory Niven to WOWME

Rory joins the 2026 internship program from Queensland University of Technology.

He is already contributing to real industry projects, working within active product development rather than isolated academic tasks. This creates an immediate connection between theory and practical execution.

His involvement includes supporting client discussions, developing CAD with a focus on production intent, and working within structured product development frameworks. Through this, he is building an understanding of how ideas evolve into manufacturable outcomes under real-world constraints.

The focus remains clear: learning by doing. Developing not only design thinking, but also an understanding of engineering,

process, and production realities. Looking forward to seeing how Rory progresses over the coming months.
